This role is with a highly profitable AI tech organisation which has built a cutting edge platform that has transformed the legal industry by means of improving efficiency, saving time and providing insights for legal professionals.

You will be joining the organisation at a time of sustained growth, with new office space in the Shoreditch/Old Street area when not working remotely. We have a hybrid model.

We are a multi-national organisation with over 700 employees globally.

The role

You will be a Senior Systems Administrator tasked with a range of responsibilities including designing, administrating and optimising the network. This will include the performance and reliability of business applications, configuring implementations and improving processes for the management of the network environment.

Your broad responsibilities will cover the operations and support of the infrastructure and server environment including associated tasks with storage, virtualisation, patching, troubleshooting and software distribution.

You will support the hardware and software of our UK users and sometimes those in other global locations. You will help to secure our users and enforce our security policy.

Required experience:

• 5+ years of working in a Systems Administrator role
• Strong Windows and Linux systems administration skills
• Strong networking technologies experience including routing, patching and load balancing.
• Excellent desktop support skills
• Strong knowledge of Office 365
• Knowledge of Azure services
• Virtualisation experience, ideally with VMware vCenter and above
• Monitoring systems
• Good scripting skills, ideally PowerShell
• Good knowledge of network security protocols
• Ubuntu skills preferred
• Confidence operating in a dynamic and variable role
