Being a member of the Strategic Marketing team, the Strategic Marketing Specialist analyses internal and external data and communicates findings in a clear and impactful manner to cross-functional partners. A sophisticated user of data manipulation software, he / she supports client intelligence, strategic marketing initiatives and go-to-market activities with data analysis and project management, delivering meaningful insights that enable data-driven decisions.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
Project and program management
Extract and analyse DTCC marketing, product and client data to forecast and supervise client engagement with selected initiatives
Support selected business programs through data analysis and manipulation
Measure project and strategy performance by producing data-driven, actionable recommendations to support continuous improvement
Build reports of findings and maintain central dashboards, illustrating data graphically and translating sophisticated findings into clear and compelling messages
Provide mentorship to the organisation on data analysis standard methodologies
Assist in the planning of internal and external events as needed.
Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to supervise and mitigate risk; raises appropriately

Talents Needed For Success:
Minimum of 4 years of related experience
Bachelor's degree preferred with Masters or equivalent experience
Sophisticated user of Microsoft Excel
Experienced user of data manipulation and visualisation software such as Power BI, Tableau or QlikView.
