IT Engineer - South West London - £30,000-£35,000
Our London based client are an organisation within the education sector and they require 2 IT Engineers to come in and be able to offer support to 3 sites in London to a combined user base of around 900.
You will ideally come from a background of working in an education environment and understand the nature of how working with both pupils and teachers can be. The role is very user focussed, so you will need to be happy in this environment.
Technically, the schools operate largely with Apple devices, so experience with both Apple and Windows environments is important. You will be comfortable with iOS, Macs, iPads as well as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VMware and networking protocol such as TCP/IP, DNS, VPN and IPsec.
You will be responsible for the support and the provision of the IT equipment for the sites and you will also be working closely with 3rd party provider in some cases.
