Production Support Consultant

We are currently looking for a Production support consultant to join our client full time.

The role will consist of a mixture of working from home and in the office.

Required Skills:
Previous experience within Application Support, Development or DevOps based role.
Experience with automation
Experience with applications hosted within Unix environment
Database SQL knowledge in any Relation Database Management System
Experience with some programming languages such as Unix Shell Scripting, Python or Perl
Knowledge of third-party Observability tools such as 3Forge/Elastic (ELK)/Splunk/Grafana/Prometheus
Experience with developing Front End screens using UX technologies - Java/JavaScript/NodeJS

Desired Skills:
Experience in developing tools using third party/vendor products.
Previous experience with ITRS Geneos Monitoring and Service Now
Experience working within Financial organization
ITIL Knowledge/Certifications
Knowledge of Fix Protocol
Knowledge of network latency measurement tools like Corvil/PICO
