The core business of Flint Consulting Limited (Flint) is to provide technical services and specialist resourcing to Tier-1 and Tier-2 Operators and Vendors predominantly in the ICT sector.

We are now looking for Technical Design Authority ( OSS):

• Expertise in Telecom OSS Solution Architecture and Design, with specialization in the field of Service Fulfillment and Service Assurance areas.
• Extensive experience in OSS Network Resource/Inventory Management area.
• Good understanding of Telco Plan, Build, Operate processes.
• Good understanding of TOGAF Enterprise Architecture
