Scrum Master / Agile / Insurance / 12 Month FTC - £65k + Excellent benefits / Croydon or Bournemouth

Scrum Coach/Scrum Master required by a UK insurance company. You must have extensive experience as a Scrum Master and Coach with SME level exposure to and understanding of Agile principles. You must have proven line management experience in achieving successful project deliverables with a track record of pragmatic procedures and strong results.

We are a seeking a highly motivated, collaborative and inspiring individual with essential expertise in Agile principles (in time setting up an Agile Centre of Excellence across digital) to act as Scrum Master for up to 3 teams. Key functions will include facilitation of the main Scrum ceremonies - sprint planning, daily standup, sprint demos and retrospective; acting as a key point of liaison between Developers and other stakeholder within IT across the business. You will be a Certified Scrum Master / Practitioner, with a full knowledge of SDLC and Lean / Kanban principles. Rapid Application Development technology, particularly Mendix would be highly advantageous.
