The Role:

• Recruiting future talent for the business and identifying suitable candidates across all levels from Resourcer through to Team Leader.
• Sourcing candidates via various methods including job, boards, LinkedIn, CV Searching, Referral Schemes, Headhunting etc
• Screening candidates to assess their suitability for a specific role.
• Co-ordinating different stages of the recruitment process, such as phone screening, interviewing, candidate meet-ups.
• Interviewing and managing all candidate correspondence.
• Working with the Management Team to find new and improved ways of attracting candidates.
• Attending Open days and job fairs to attract Graduates.
• Promote the IT Talent Future Stars Academy Training Scheme.
