Infrastructure Network Support Engineer - Leicestershire - £25-35k + Bens

A brand new opportunity has arisen with a growing innovative technology provider for an experienced Support Engineer.

My client are looking for someone with some experience of the following;

- IP Networking - Routing/Switching/TCP, VPN
- IT Infrastructure - Server, Desktop, Virtualisation

Beneficial experience includes;

- IP Video/Camera

- VMS - Pelco, Wavestore, March, Genetec, Milestone or similar

- NVR

Role will be providing support to end users. Covering 1st and 2nd line support, escalating issues where required to engineering teams through detailed logs. In addition to support there will be a whole host of projects around the systems, setting up and testing of new products and integrations. Experience of Windows Servers and Virtualisation is a bonus to support as well as t esting and configuring 3rd party VMS/NVR systems. My client can provide training on the Video technology.

In addition you will contribute to improving processes and documentation.

Role is commutable from; Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Peterborough, Corby, Kettering.
