Job Description
IMOC-Change Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish and maintain Enterprise Products, Incident Manager On-Call (EP-IMOC) availability and capabilities across Release Management services, processes and tools
Monitor and manage Enterprise Products owned or impacting SEVs and UBN tasks per defined SLAs, ensuring high quality and SLA compliant SEV and task management
EP-IMOC ownership of SEV engagement, from creation to mitigation, managing SEVs for review and follow-up processes
Support Facebook Change Advisory Board process, applying defined release and deployment processes to SLAs
Respond to CAB requests in defined SLA timeframe, ensure CAB requests have met approval criteria detailed in EP-CAB and MSP Engagement documents
Manage your task queue to SLA, working with CAB submitter to ensure proper process and tags
Bundle multiple changes into a release package, ensure testing of package is performed to minimize disruption to the production environment
Take a holistic view of changes to a Service, such that all aspects of a Release, both technical and non-technical are considered together
Improve quality and predictability of day-to-day operations of the organization, by managing when and how often change is introduced
Record and manage deviation, risks and issues related to the new or changed service, take necessary corrective actions
Deploy the Release in line with Facebook guidelines, policies and procedures
Manage and engage Audit Package Exception UBN tasks, drive CAB On Intern compliance to SLA
Escalate UBN tasks after defined SLA passed, working with task owner and task owner's manager to close out to SLA
Drive positive customer experience for Enterprise Products applications, deployment processes to drive operational stability.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of experience in program management in an enterprise applications support environment
5+ years of experience working with and supporting enterprise applications
Experience with application architecture (Database Tier, Application Tier, Integration)
Experience working with multiple internal stakeholders, and within a client or business-facing role
