ShortList Recruitment are working with an industry-leading software house in Warrington who are recruiting for an Integration Test Lead to join them in a fully remote capacity.

The successful candidate will implement, design and execute systems integration testing across a broad range of both internal and external integrated systems, encompassing multiple integration methods.

The Integration Test Lead should have a highly proficient technical background and be able to understand at a detailed level the design and implementation of SIT using a range of toolsets, including Postman and RestSharp for API endpoint verification and experience with frontend frameworks for UI automation.

You will be used to working in an agile testing environment and adaptable to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment.

Key skills required for the Integration Test Lead:

• 5+ years' experience in a QA environment working with integrated systems
  
• At least 12 months' experience as a test lead or Senior QA
  
• ISTQB qualified
  
• Design of automated and manual test cases to validate cross system integrations
  
• Ability to report on test status and progress in a concise manner
  
• Strong understanding of both API based and service based integration types and architecture
  
• Agile development experience
  
• Hands-on automation framework experience testing integration points and E2E integration outcomes
  
• Degree educated - Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar
  
• Experience in cloud-based environments (Azure or AWS)
  

In return, the successful candidate can expect a salary of up to £60,000 (DOE) plus a strong benefits package. The role will be fully remote, with no requirement to be in the office long-term.
