CBRE are seeking to recruit an ambitious data analyst to join their Core Advisory Team working across EMEA Location Advisory and Occupancy. The role will be based in UK with some travel to London and less frequently around UK.

Job Title: Data Engineer

Location: UK

Role Purpose

To support the work of the team in data collection, analysis and presentation. The work would involve delivering output to both colleagues and clients.

The EMEA Location Advisory Team primarily work with companies making location decisions to help them identify locations with the optimum access to talent, access to customers or to reduce cost. They also work with investors and developers to identify and support the marketing of sites.

The Occupancy Team focus on capturing property data and measuring workplace behaviours and this portion of the role will be embedded part time with a Core Advisory Client.

Key Responsibilities

• Working on custom solutions for clients (Internally and client side)

• Working on internal web-based applications

• Streamlining processes

• Maintaining databases

• Data processing

• Data collection

• Data visualisation

Essential requirements

• Python

• SQL

• Linux (CentOS or Ubuntu)

Preferred requirements

• Python libraries: Flask, Pandas, Matplotlib, Selenium

• Microsoft PowerBI or Tableau

• ArcGIS

• Apache Airflow

• Design Patterns

• Github

• Any front-end framework e.g react.js, vue.js, angular.js.

• Knowledge of property services
