Desktop Support/ Administration support

We are currently recruiting for a growing company in the Henley on Thames area for a Desktop support role.

This position will be supporting the team and clients with help desk queries and all round administration duties.

The position will be involved with Microsoft Operating Systems, experience supporting Microsoft Windows-based PC hardware will be much preferred, but further training will be given.

The IT Service Desk is the main point of contact for all IT related issues/ queries and service requests from clients.

The Desktop Support Technician is responsible or resolving support requests and meeting customer needs.

The IT Support team is a fast-paced environment which provides services over e-mail and via phone.
