Applause IT are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join our client's team in Stourbridge. They specialise in creating loyalty solutions for automotive retailers, including Porsche and Mercedes-Benz.

Working alongside the Product Owner and other stakeholders, the successful candidate will work on BAU projects as well as the implementation of new projects. As a Technical Business Analyst, some key responsibilities may include liaising with the service team, delivery and operational team to ensure appropriate delivery plans, and gathering requirements.

Having some technical experience is desired as the role involves leading the technical delivery of client and internal projects. The successful candidate will manage resource to support product development and delivery of projects.

Essential Criteria

• SDLC
• APIs (predominantly REST but any exposure to SOAP is beneficial)
• Experience of gathering requirements and technical documentation?

• AWS/Cloud experience including but not limited to PaaS and SaaS architecture models
• Experience working with agile methodologies
