IT Business Analyst

Do you have the ability to effectively communicate business needs and complex problems/solutions? My client is looking for an IT Business Analyst to join their growing team in the heart of London's medical district. Having had a complete transformation in IT and Networks in the last few years, the company are looking to expand even more.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients and the business to identify, document and analyse core business processes and workflows.
• Work with the business to identify and capture new business needs, developing clear and detailed process maps and business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops with key business stakeholders.
• Represent the business needs and interests within IT, contributing to appropriate IT team, operational and development meetings.

To act as the liaison between IT and the business to understand both business operational and development needs, with a key role to map and reengineer business processes. The role will also involve assisting with the oversight and prioritisation of IT projects, to ensure that they align with technology that best provides maximum return on investment (ROI) and aligns to both the IT and business strategies.
