Internal Sales Representative
Location: Poole
Type: Temporary
Salary: Up to £20,000 basic plus uncapped commission
Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30
Our client is well known in providing honest and transparent telecommunication solutions for business customers in the UK. As part of their exciting growth, they have a great opportunity for a Lead Generation Consultant to join the team, booking appointments and discussing solutions with potential customers.
This is either a role for people with strong Customer Service and Communication Skills looking to enhance that; or a stepping stone for someone looking to work in the world of Sales, giving you the tools, experience and skills you need to progress.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Promoting products and services
- Booking appointments for the Sales Consultants
- Engaging and managing inbound website leads and liaising between Customers/Sales Team to book appointments.
- Fact finding to relay over key information to Sales Advisor's, ensuring they deliver their sales objectives.
- Achieving individual targets.
Needed for the Role:
- Have experience in telecoms in a similar role
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Especially Email)
- A good understanding of telephone systems and features
- Exceptional organisational skills
- A positive attitude and to be committed to providing exceptional customer service
- A professional telephone manner and good communicator
- Experience working in a target based role
