Skills/experience:
- Solid experience in a senior delivery leadership role in strong software environments
- Strong ability to facilitate measurable improvements on large scale programmes of work
- Proven track record managing people within strong software focused environments
- Inspiring leadership style - ability to win hearts and minds!
- Proven experience working with all levels of stakeholders both business and technical
- Deep understanding of Agile principles
- Agile delivery experience within teams adopting DevOps, TDD/BDD practices
- Any experience working in a regulatory type environment a bonus
- Can get into the detail as much as leading the strategic vision
