Job Description
World Leading Energy Company has an exciting opportunity for a Retail Business Analyst with strong SAP Hybris experience and a working knowledge of marketing and loyalty.
*Must have strong Agile experience - Skills in writing stories and ability to lead refinement calls with the development team.
*Good to have knowledge of SAP Hybris.
*Ability to work independently and proactively with the project stakeholders.
*Strong communication skill, business analysis , fit gap analysis Understanding Retail solution and providing that requirements to vendors
*Analyzing the solution provided by vendors to see which works best for Retail;
*Close collaboration with test teams to define end to end test cases and scenarios
*Create acceptance criteria and validate that solutions meet business needs through defining and coordinating testing.
*Perform UAT's with Stakeholders and get Business sign off to deploy
*Working with multiple stakeholders ( both internal & external) , Retail business etc. Requirement analysis & design definition
This needs combining with a positive attitude and an ability to work within a large, globally dispersed project team in a multi-cultural environment. You also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
