What is the Role?

The purpose of this role is to use Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and Power Platform to simplify and automate our processes and systems. It is a tactical role, Embedded within an operations team, to support 'quick wins' by automating and digitalizing key processes to allow our people to focus on more value-adding activity. The digitalized processes should also be used to create useful management information to support decision-making. The role holder will also be expected to work with our teams to co-create new digital solutions and to support the implementation in our teams.

What do I need?

• Work with the business to identify systems and processes that can be automated or made more efficient through the use of the Microsoft 365 platform and create a simple list of requirements.
• Create the required PowerApp and automation, supported with Power BI reports where necessary.
• Assist with the development of the team SharePoint site and integration into Teams.
• Support our teams with the deployment of new applications.
• Present management information from the digitalized processes in a clear and easy to understand format.

• Able to work independently and to prioritize and manage multiple agile projects.
• Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Good at working collaboratively with others.
• Able to analyse problems and design efficient solutions.
• Able to design Power Apps and automation that are intuitive for the end user.
