Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the Central Digitalisation Team (CDT) on engagement with technology across Francis Clark with the main focus on Financial Planning systems and tools.
Specific Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities working with the financial planning team and specialist software, in particular our main back office system Intelliflo Office
Acquire an in-depth working knowledge of the main technologies used across all departments with a core focus on financial planning
Develop and maintain key relationships to support business growth and development
Provide training on systems and processes appropriate to the relevant roles and responsibilities within the business
Work with the Financial Planning Senior Business IT Consultant and colleagues on projects to enhance existing and implement new technology
Driving engagement with digital systems and processes across the Financial Planning team
Develop enhanced skills on the suite of Microsoft tools and Power Platform
Comply with the relevant compliance, Treating Customers Fairly, Training & Competence and financial crime (anti-money laundering, data security, anti-bribery, fraud, and corruption) procedures of the firm
Keep up to date with all relevant product, legislative and technical changes
Relevant Skills and Knowledge:
Experience of using Intelliflo office or another financial planning back office system desired but not essential
A-Levels (or equivalent) grades A-C
GCSEs (or equivalent) grades C or above, to include Maths and English
Computer literate with advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Enquiring attitude, with willingness to ask questions when unsure
Confident team player with a commitment to the profession
Able to demonstrate initiative in delivering an excellent service to clients
Self-motivated and able to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
Confident communicator and a good listener
Logical with good troubleshooting skills
A sense of fun and a desire to succeed
Willing to study toward technology related qualifications
Training:
Support will be provided to study appropriate qualifications suited to the responsibilities of the role
