Solutions Consultant - Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, Cyber Security, IT Security

Due to growing market demand, we are currently seeking a Solutions Consultant who will work in partnership with our sales team to sell products and services to our customers. The Solutions Consultant will be adept at translating and explaining how the technical solutions provided by ADARMA can meet a particular business need.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing strong relationships with potential customers by understanding their challenges and identifying current and future customer service requirements.
- Producing clear and compelling proposals for customers based on Adarma solutions.
- Creating and deliver compelling technical presentations and that clearly articulate ADARMA's value proposition.
- Supporting marketing activities by creating strong collateral for products and services and attending external events.
- Acting as the customer point of contact on technical matters and providing product, service and technical information.
- Working closely with senior leaders in Sales, Security Consulting and Managed Services to complete all technical aspects of cost estimates, RFP, RFI and bid/tender submissions.
- Completing the sales process by preparing a draft Scope of Work in consultation with Security Consulting and Managed Services representatives to ensure that expectations are clear and agreed.

Responsibilities:
- Significant previous experience in a Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales or Sales Engineering role and a solid track record of selling technical products and services to enterprise customers, preferably in the IT cyber security industry.
- Experience within the technology sector as well as strong commercial acumen.
- A natural ability to explain and confidently present complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Active interest in maintaining awareness and knowledge on industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, existing and emerging technologies.
- Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
- Certification in a relevant partner technology would be an advantage
