Enterprise Customer Success Manager - Financial Services/Financial Advice
The Role
Our Fintech client is seeking an experienced Key Account Director/Enterprise Customer Manager to be responsible for helping to build out an Enterprise Customer team. This team will be responsible for some of our client's largest revenue customers.
This role will involve management of 3 to 5 customers, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders within those customer businesses, working with those customers to identify opportunities for licence growth and the roll out of key projects, acting as the point of escalation for those customers for any business critical escalations, upselling additional services, building strong success plans with customers targeting clear goals and objectives with them.
The Person
You will have a detailed understanding of how financial advice businesses operate in the UK market and deep understanding of how technology can support these businesses.
Be experienced with dealing with high profile customers
Have a demonstrable track record within a customer management or business development role
A strong background and experience working within the financial services sector ideally within the Advisory space
Previous project management experience
