Job Overview
Delivering excellent User Experience designs to the Insurance and Payments team. Location
Paddington (Working from home till offices resume)

Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Working with both technical and business stakeholders to define a best-in-class online experience for our users.
• Create and develop user- friendly interfaces that enable users to understand how to use complex technical products
• Understand the high-level requirements for various projects and change requests on Clients "My App"
• Arrange and conduct workshops, for requirement clarifications/finalisation.
• Plan impact assessment sessions with SMEs for CRM and other impacted domains.
• Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, sketching, mock-ups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Presenting design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders and other teams.

Experience needed

• High traffic B2B websites/applications/systems.
• Experience on complex applications and website would be an advantage.
• Experience working on CMS driven websites.
• Must have a portfolio with case studies.
• Experience of working in Agile and Scrum Teams. An understanding of development practices and technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and their impact on the digital experience.
• A clear understanding of where UX design fits within an organisation and what value it can bring
• Stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage conflicting priorities.
