Location: Full Remote Working

Working Hours: Shift Patterns - 7am - 3pm & 2pm - 11pm - 5 days (Monday to Sunday)

As a Monitoring Analyst, your main responsibilities would be:

• Perform Data analytics and operational analytics
• Need to be proactive when dealing with risks
• Responsible for monitoring of the Lab Ops mailbox
• Addressing and escalating any risks/issues raised
• Be responsible for monitoring of key KPIs and coordinating lab allocations and diversions in conjunction with the forecasting/planning analyst and lab ops manager
• Diagnostic checks
• Use tools to monitor performances
• Handle key operational reporting, monitoring processing and demand forecasting

You'll have relevant experience in:

• Data Analyst experience within supply & logistics knowledge
• Proficient in Excel, data analyst capabilities & numerical accuracy
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders in a fast paced, dynamic and often ambiguous environment
• Previous experience in Supply and Operations
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Works well at pace and under pressure
• Team player
• Previous Public Sector / NHS experience would be desirable
