Applause IT are working in partnership with a market leading company that has been innovating and developing software for the downstream oil and LPG industries for decades to find a talented and enthusiastic Lead .NET Developer. The successful Lead .NET Developer will work in an agile team environment building the next generation of systems and will work collaboratively to define and develop new and existing software features, coordinating with the Product Owner to identify technical solutions and acceptance criteria.

Ideal skill set of the successful Lead .NET Developer:

• Commercial experience leading, mentoring, coaching and line managing developers
• Proven in commercial experience using C#, .NET and MVC
• Excellent understanding of JavaScript (Alongside experience with one of the following frameworks Angular/React/Vue)
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
