Summary:

Role: Cloud Infrastructure Architect

Client: Financial Services company

Location: Northampton

Duration: Initially a 6 Months contract

Rate: £600-650 p/d (Inside IR35)

Purpose of Role:

Working with the existing Architect team providing experience to be able to work with hands on approach in both Infrastructure and Cloud deliverables.

To strengthen the team to deliver the migration to a Cloud platform, assisting with designing areas of the Cloud including infrastructure and networking.

Essential Experience:

• Experience designing, integrating, and managing infrastructure solutions
• Extensive knowledge of designing, developing, and implementing enterprise networks in diverse environment to provide recommendations on approach to enhance the adoption of cloud.
• Strong Knowledge of network architectures and virtualization technologies.
• Have a strong background in a public cloud environment, migrations, and development. You are familiar especially with Azure and have experience in setting up managed services.
• Have experience in the design and delivery of systems based on Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS offerings, as well as exposure to different architecture models such as all-in and hybrid.
• Experience with common network components (e.g. DNS, routing, firewalls) and IT security and design patterns for cloud architectures.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audience

Microsoft Azure Certified AZ-900, AZ-303 & AZ-304

Architecture Certification (TOGAF)
