International (Global) Product Manager required to join, a facilities management software company based in Southampton. Given our success in the UK we are now looking for a Global Product Manager to drive our current and new product portfolio into the Global market - Germany, France then Spain initially. You will be externally facing and will have the skills and confidence to work with Senior Customer Contacts and not be afraid to challenge where necessary.

You will have:

• Experience of 'Software Product Management'
• Experience of international SaaS software launches
• Have worked in an international / global capacity before therefore has knowledge of local regulations / tax rules and other key elements involved in international programme expansion
• Ability to drive software product development and optimisation

Responsibilities include:

• Driving a market led approach - gathering market research & customer feedback and perform analysis on this
• Define a product roadmap and strategy to support the business objectives
• Manage, prioritise and maintain the product backlog
• Produce detailed documented requirements for the developers
• Writing high-level requirement user stories
• Co-ordinate production releases

You will be working with a varied product suite ranging from project management and risk analysis software, cloud based building information modelling software, project site management software to name a few! It will definitely keep you busy!!
