Applications Support Analyst (Microsoft Dynamics/SQL)

Salary: Up to £53k per annum plus benefits (12 Month FTC)

Location: London (Hybrid Working)

About the role

This exciting opportunity will be to provide support for various application services, as we continue to evolve and modernise the technology across NMC.

Key focus areas include:

• Being a technical subject matter expert that supports the organisation in the development and maintenance of business-critical applications, sharing knowledge of tools and techniques with the wider team.
• Act as a technical resource for internal and external projects
• Work as escalation point for the service desk to resolve incidents and facilitate request fulfilment.
• Taking part in the triage of NMC applications and platforms, including occasional support outside of office hours.
• Provide 3rd line Application Support on complex internally and externally developed applications
• Maintain and develop current application solutions to support Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery requirements by working with other members of the Infrastructure and application services team.

About you

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has:

• Experience of working with Dynamics 365
• Strong SQL skills
• Extensive experience of supporting business critical applications and customer facing web applications
• Good understanding of Agile delivery and ITIL Service Management
• Experience of developing and delivering to SLAs, KPI's and other performance indicators
