Project Manager x2

Be-IT are working closely with one of Scotland's most exciting and fastest-growing FinTech organisations, to appoint 2x Project Managers into their growing team. In this role, you will work closely with the business and technology teams to deliver projects; ranging from operational improvements, to software, infrastructure and hardware migrations and upgrades. If you enjoy working in truly Agile environments, and working alongside talented technical colleagues to implement cutting edge tech and drive process improvements, then these roles are definitely ones to consider. To be successful in these roles, you will ideally have skills in the following:

• Experience building a strong working relationship with stakeholders, whilst being able to tailor your influencing style to ensure successful delivery of change objectives.
• Ensure consistent and effective communication channels are maintained to the stakeholders, both inside and outside of projects.
• Spot potential gaps/process improvements, and taking the initiative to recommend solutions. As well as reviewing existing processes and policies, and introduce improvements.
• Confidence operating within both financial operations and technology-led environments.
• Project management experience in software and infrastructure migrations.
• Working in a regulated environment and an understanding of CASS/FCA.
