Lead .NET Developer

Lead .NET Developer needed to work for a Global Financial Services firm based in Maidstone.

The Lead .NET Developer will take ownership of a Legacy application for our client. The Application itself is currently written in VB.NET.

For this Technical Lead role you will have a good understanding of best practice and have good architectural knowhow, leading your team and working to design, build, test and detail new and amended desktop applications, web applications and automations.

The Technical Lead will have technical application development skills with the Microsoft .NET stack including, C#, VB.NET, PowerShell.

Knowledge and experience of any of the below:

Desktop and Web applications

Web Services

Design patterns

Oracle and Oracle Forms

Microsoft SQL Server

K2 or other Workflow Solution

Meridio, Micro Focus or other Document Management Solution

AzureDevOps

Working in an agile/scrum environment the Technical Lead will be confident leading teams who are involved with managing code review, unit testing, coding standards, appropriate documentation, and continuous integration/delivery.

This will essentially be a work from home role due to the restrictions from covid-19. However, when normality comes back you will be expected to attend the office. However, there will still be an option for home working.
