About the role We are looking for a Senior Digital Product Designer to join our amazing team. This role will require both creative and operational thinking, as well as a service design mindset - thinking about experiences as systems rather than in silo. You'llbe creating holistic digital experiences and aesthetics that translate across platforms and channels. You'resomeone who is concerned with how an app functions, looksand feels to its customers, and whether this look and feel matches the brand to bring the digital vision to life. You will be working closely with teams across the business including tech, product, digital design, contentand CRM teams to drive inspiration and influence the product creation process. Professional experience operating at this level will be requiredto be successful within the role. Demonstrate extensive knowledge in digital and creative design. Creating user experience maps, flows, and rapid prototypes to validatedesign concepts with stakeholders and customers. Ability to communicate and document in detail - Design principles,directionsand design specifications to engineers. Validating ideas and designs using split A/B tests and product performance analysis. Present experiences to stakeholders on a regular basis, strongstory tellingand getting buy in throughout the product lifecycle. Ability to collaborate and communicate professionally with all teams across the business and document in detail design decisions. Ability toleverage AI tools effectively for exploring multiple ideas quickly and in the execution stage for assetandcopy generation. Work with the Director of Customer Experience to help define the workplan and shape our future, ensuring the customer needs are at the forefront of everything we do. Who you will work with DPD Team, App Squad etc. About you Proven experience as a digital product designer focusing on UX for both iOS and Android mobile platforms. Experience working on visual design led projects. Strong work portfolio that demonstrates impactof work and design thinking, creation of end-to-end customer journeys,rationalbehind design decisions anddemonstrations on strong UXcopy etc. Knowledge of Apple's Human Interface Guidelines and Google's Material Guidelines. In-depth knowledge of accessibility - Ability to design for our diverse set of customers who interact with the Charlotte Tilbury app daily - include WCAG spec, VoiceOverandTalkBack, Dynamic Type, etc. Experience planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative user research and insight synthesis to inform design decisions. Knowledge of how tooptimise assets for delivery and working within clearoptimalfile formats like HEIC/HEIF for iOS andWebPfor Android, file size constraints andcolourprofiles for high dynamic displays etc. Experience working with Content Management Systems to deliver content/asset updates to a platform is a plus. Everyone in the data team plays a key role in creating the foundations for robust data and empowering individuals across the business to make insightful, data-led decisions. We primarily use Snowplow, GA4 and Google Tag Manager (for our Web data), BigQuery (for our data warehousing) and Looker (for our BI and Data Visualisation). As a Senior Digital Implementation Analyst (App & Web) you will Own and maintain digital tracking implementation across app and web, primarily in Snowplow and GTM Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure new features, customer journeys, and experiments are measured clearly and consistently. Maintain and quality-assure GTM configurations, including relevant third-party tags. Gather measurement and reporting requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear tracking, QA, and reporting-ready implementation requirements. Work with analysts, engineers, and data partners to ensure events are tracked, validated, and modelled appropriately for reporting and analysis. Support teams in understanding and using web and app reports effectively. Build strong stakeholder relationships through requirements gathering, implementation guidance, knowledge sharing, and measurement support. Maintain clear tracking documentation, event definitions, and implementation knowledge to support scalable reporting and consistent ways of working. Use modern tools, including AI-assisted workflows where appropriate, to improve efficiency, documentation quality, QA, and problem-solving.
