Skills, Experience and Knowledge: Proficiency in delivery practises including Agile and Lean, with a strong track record of building high-performing delivery teams using Scrum. Efficient in identifying and mitigating potential blockers or risks in delivery. Adequate technical understanding of software and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
