Overview Cyber Security Analyst - Location: Culham, Oxfordshire (2 days per week onsite). Contract Type: Temporary (Initial 6 Months). Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Work closely with engineering and operational teams to embed security controls into OT environments. Provide technical oversight and recommendations to MSPs and third-party security providers. Support SIEM/SOC integration activities within OT environments. Contribute to continuous improvement of OT cyber security capabilities and monitoring. Essential skills and experience Demonstrable experience within OT/ICS or critical infrastructure environments. Background in industries such as Oil & Gas, Rail, Chemical Processing. Strong knowledge of OT security frameworks and standards: IEC 62443, NIST CSF, CAF, ISO 27001. Proven experience implementing OT security strategies, policies, and standards. Experience conducting OT risk assessments, gap analyses, and remediation planning. Strong understanding of OT networking, segmentation, and industrial protocols. Experience collaborating with engineering and operational teams in OT environments. Familiarity with SIEM/SOC integration for OT environments. Ability to provide technical direction to MSPs and third-party providers. Strong documentation, communication, and governance experience. Maximum 2-week notice period.
