Oracle HCM Functional Analyst £42K-£45K - 1-2 days per week from Peterborough office Our Peterborough based client have an immediate requirement for an Oracle HCM Functional Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis. This role will be key in managing and maintaining the front and Back End support of the HCM Oracle Cloud system. Purpose of the Oracle HCM Functional Analyst: Manage the front and Back End maintenance of the Oracle HCM system which includes editing and amending data and processes in the system Accountable for the delivery and testing of quarterly updates advised by Oracle, working closely with key stakeholders on the decisions to deploy updates Key owner of our process control alongside our IT System Administrator, being an expert on all end-to-end processes, front and Back End Look to continuously improve the new system and processes and make recommendations to key stakeholders Responsible delivering data to the team and key stakeholders Analyse data effectively and produce detailed and accurate reports to inform stakeholder's decision making Act as first line support for the HR helpdesk module, resolving system queries when required Key experience required for the Oracle HCM Functional Analyst: Solid experience of using Oracle HR System advantageous in this role Extensive experience as a data analytics specialist within a fast-paced Strong ability to independently query, manipulate, analyse, and interpret data Proven experience collaborating with business teams to integrate data-driven insights into decision-making Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a keen interest in understanding business challenges and evaluating the impact of analytical work Ability to document business requirements and drive delivery in an agile environment Proficiency in reporting and data visualization tools, particularly Microsoft Power BI
