This role will involve working across multiple content management systems to support the successful execution of commercial campaigns and partnerships.Reporting to the Head of Web Production, you will play a key role in supporting all aspects of digital content creation, from build and delivery through to quality assurance and the promotion of best practice across the team. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of high-quality digital content across a range of formats, including articles, longform content, video, audio and interactive builds (such as maps, quizzes and tools). Support the Head of Web Production with content approvals, quality assurance and workflow management, acting as a project lead where required. Manage and mentor Web Producers, supporting their development and ensuring delivery to best practice standards. Build and manage web pages and microsites across multiple CMS platforms, applying strong UX and SEO principles. Produce, edit and optimise digital content, including copywriting, sub-editing and applying on-site SEO techniques such as keyword research and linking strategies. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, contributing to campaign planning, creative ideation and performance optimisation. Troubleshoot technical issues and identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes and delivery standards. Test and quality check content across platforms, browsers and devices to ensure accuracy, functionality and timely delivery against campaign KPIs. Analyse performance data to inform content strategy and drive continuous improvement in traffic and engagement. Utilise key platforms and tools including Adobe AEM, Workfront, Celtra, Framer, Webflow, Photoshop, YouTube and Zeta to deliver and optimise content. Requirements Proven experience managing web content using content management systems (CMS) within a fast-paced digital environment. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver to tight deadlines. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, with strong problem-solving skills. Confident copywriting and sub-editing skills, with the ability to produce compelling content and ensure accuracy in grammar, formatting and web styling. Demonstrable experience implementing on-site SEO techniques, including keyword research and use of planning tools such as Google Ads. Experience analysing and interpreting performance data using tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and Google Search Console. Good understanding of the digital landscape, including social media platforms and paid media (PPC). Working knowledge of HTML, with experience editing code where required. Experience using Adobe Photoshop to optimise and prepare digital assets. Previous line management or mentoring experience, with the ability to support and develop junior team members.
