You will provide hands-on end-user support across hardware, software, and cloud-based Microsoft 365 services , acting as a key point of contact for IT incidents and service requests. Key Responsibilities: End-User Support & Service Delivery Provide first- and second-line support for hardware, software, Windows OS, and Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint). Troubleshoot and resolve issues methodically to minimise user downtime and maintain service quality. Take ownership and accountability for incidents and service requests using ServiceNow . Maintain clear communication with users throughout the support lifecycle. Cloud & Microsoft 365 Support Support user account lifecycle management across Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 . Assist with Exchange Online mailbox administration and access management for Teams and SharePoint. Troubleshoot identity, access, and authentication issues, including MFA-related incidents, in line with security guidance. Support modern workplace tools and collaboration technologies, including Teams Rooms and conferencing equipment. Assist in the adoption and support of cloud-first and hybrid working practices . Device, Asset & Environment Management Manage IT assets, including provisioning, upgrades, replacements, and secure retirement of devices. Support endpoint management and MDM solutions (e.g. Intune or equivalent). Maintain printers, conference rooms, and other on-site IT equipment. Liaise with vendors and suppliers for warranty, ordering, and repair activities. Documentation & Continuous Improvement Create, develop, and maintain knowledge base articles and support documentation. Assist with IT projects such as cloud migration, M365 adoption, and workplace modernisation initiatives. Stay up to date with relevant IT training, technologies, and security best practices.
