Head of Enterprise Applications & IT Operations Package: £80,000-£90,000 benefits Location: Leeds Working Pattern: 5 days per week onsite Reporting to: IT Director Overview We are seeking an experienced Head of Enterprise Applications & IT Operations to take ownership of the organisation's enterprise technology platforms, with primary responsibility for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and the wider applications landscape. This is a fully onsite leadership role requiring someone who can combine technical expertise, hands-on problem solving, and team leadership. The successful candidate will act as the internal subject matter expert for Dynamics F&O, driving system improvements, supporting integrations, and ensuring technology continues to deliver value across the organisation. Working closely with business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external technology partners, this role will lead enterprise application development while ensuring effective day-to-day IT operations and user support. Key Responsibilities Own and optimise the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform. Provide hands-on support, troubleshooting, system enhancements, testing, and release management. Manage the wider enterprise applications landscape, ensuring systems are reliable and aligned with business requirements. Support integrations between Dynamics and other business-critical platforms. Reporting to the IT Director, this role will take ownership of the successful delivery of the D365 F&O implementation, working closely with senior stakeholders, business teams, technology functions, and implementation partners to deliver a successful transition and maximise the value of the new platform. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering ERP transformation programmes, with proven experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations across multiple business units, locations, or operational environments. This is a key role focused on driving business improvement, process optimisation, and technology-enabled change, ensuring the organisation fully leverages the capabilities of its new ERP platform.
