May ask them to look at testing that has been done at unit level - mainly for review and testing purposes. Role is across the lifecycle - responsible for delivery of testing across the delivery they are doing. Will be involved in quality processes - test assurance processes that are implemented so will have to be able to review these and other peoples work. Their work will also be reviewed.
