This is a senior hands-on position, contributing across both frontend and backend systems, developing customer-facing portals, APIs, and IoT integrations. We are working with a well-established Engineering and hire business seeking an IT Support Technician to strengthen their in-house IT team. The IT Support Technician will provide first and second line support, helping staff with everything from day-to-day IT queries to the deployment of new systems. The role covers troubleshooting hardware and software, managing mobile devices, maintaining network connections, and supporting business-critical applications.
