Senior Infrastructure Engineer £40,000 - £50,000 Exeter, Devon Are you an experienced Engineer looking to join an award-winning regional consultancy? Our client is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced person to join their Civil Engineering team specialising in development planning and infrastructure services. The role: You'll be working alongside a packed team of successful engineers and technicians, working on development and infrastructure projects across the South West.They're looking for someone Who has well-developed understanding of engineering and be able to work with minimal supervision. Have undertaken the design and development of engineering solutions (roads and sewers) across a number of projects consistently over time and evaluated their effectiveness largely unsupervised. Can lead teams to complete multiple small projects or parts of larger projects simultaneously. Contributes to development of Best Practice and take part in focus groups as appropriate. Senior Infrastructure Engineer - BristolI am working with a Multi-office Consultancy who are looking to bolster their Infrastructure Team in their Bristol Office.You would be working alongside, and helping run the Infrastructure Team.Company:They are a relatively young consultancy with being under 20 years old but have grown to 19 offices in those years, the offices are spread all across the UK supporting the Residential Development and Planning Sector.They Cover: Public Sector Residential Infrastructure Highways Retail projects And more - the Bristol office covers mainly Residential developmentts on Infrastructure, Highways and Transport Planning.Requirements:Ideally, you would have knowledge of the local market and:• 4+ Years' Experience within a Infrastructure Design • Experience within AutoCAD, Civil3D and/or Microdrainage• Strong Experience/working knowledge of Section agreements 278 and 38• A desire to help win work, and help lead a small teamThe company are flexible with the suitability of candidates however those requirements would help a candidate.Salary and Package:Salary is dependent on experience (DOE) however you can expect to be earning between £35,000-£50,000 7% non-contributory pension 25 days Annual Leave plus the Christmas shutdown Hybrid working Private Health Insurance and Life Assurance This is a great opportunity for someone to work and progress at a well-established consultancy with a very enthusiastic team.

What You'll Do Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the architectural / consultancy sector, particularly in residential & retrofit work. Strong communication, networking, relationship-building and presentation skills. Proactive, ambitious, and able to work independently; comfortable juggling multiple leads / projects simultaneously. Good commercial awareness, including understanding project fees, cost/value balance, and negotiation.
