We recruit in to roles for both HR Generalists and HR Specialists on a permanent and interim basis. We are currently recruiting for an interim Senior Talent Advisor to work in the flexible legal resourcing team of a top-tier international law firm client. You'll be responsible for, inter alia: Implementing the talent attraction strategy to ensure a continuous flow of high-quality flexible lawyers for targeted practice areas, including banking, capital markets and financial regulation. Supporting the client team in active sales opportunities by matching suitable flexible lawyers to client needs, contributing to achieving sales objectives. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for prospective lawyers, including screening applications, conducting interviews, offer managment and onboarding/integration. You'll work closely and collaboratively with other members of the team, along with practice partners and other key stakeholders.
