Hands-on experience with Azure (VMs, Azure AD/Microsoft Entra ID, networking, etc.). Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a support environment. Scripting skills with PowerShell would be beneficial. Awareness of automation/DevOps practices is a plus but not essential.
