The Role This is an exciting and varied role for an ambitious IT Application Support Analyst. You'll play a pivotal part in managing internal cloud platforms, supporting our clients, and driving process automation. With a mix of customer-facing responsibilities and technical challenges, no two days will be the same. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming support calls, logging and updating service tickets Provide remote and international on-site support using Genesis software Deliver installation, configuration, and training for new clients Troubleshoot application, reporting, and connectivity issues Carry out routine system maintenance Build custom automation workflows using APIs, Rewst, Halo PSA, and more Optimise internal cloud platforms to enhance efficiency and reduce errors Collaborate on projects and update client documentation Ensure SLA response and resolution targets are met Provide outstanding customer service at all times Benefits £42,000 - £45,000 salary Funded training and professional certifications 20 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing to 25 days with service) Flexible home-working for late shifts (post-probation) Opportunities to travel internationally for training and client support The Ideal Candidate We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for IT solutions. You should have at least two years' IT or application support experience and the technical expertise to hit the ground running.
