Business Development Manager Cambridgeshire (Office-Based) 44k + Bonus + Electric Car The UK co-manufacturing sector is booming and one established Cambridgeshire-based food business is investing heavily in growth. We're hiring a Business Development Manager to help expand new business opportunities across food manufacturing. You'll work directly with senior leadership, own the end-to-end sales process, and play a key role in scaling the next phase of growth. This is an office-based role, embedded within a collaborative, cross-functional team, perfect for someone who enjoys bringing products to life alongside NPD, operations, technical and finance. Co-packing experience isn't essential. Commercial drive and relationship-building ability are. What You'll Be Doing Identifying and converting new business opportunities Building and maintaining a strong, structured pipeline Managing projects from enquiry through to production Developing winning proposals and robust commercial agreements Working closely with internal teams to deliver successful customer launches Representing the business professionally across industry touchpoints You'll be instrumental in driving profitable growth and shaping long-term customer partnerships.
