Technical Business Development Manager We re looking for a driven and experienced Technical Business Development Manager with a proven track record in sales and a target-driven mindset. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment, with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. You ll be confident selling technical products to technical buyers, ideally with experience in areas such as materials science, mechanical testing, inspection, or engineering. Knowledge of the manufacturing market is a strong advantage, along with excellent organisational skills and the ambition to progress into a leadership role as the business grows. You ll take ownership of the full sales cycle, prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals, while working closely with a technical team to support product demonstrations and industrial trials. Collaborate with the technical team to deliver product demonstrations and support industrial trials. Refine prospecting approaches and lead creative follow-up strategies with marketing support. Contribute ideas and leadership to improve the sales process. Provide insights on customer needs, challenges, and opportunities to support marketing and product development.
