We would like to hear from experienced eCommerce Managers, with a proven track record of leading a small online team. You will be responsible for the full customer journey and eCommerce proposition. Key Responsibilities · Execute and deliver the strategy to deliver increased conversion, retention and sales · To lead the small eCommerce team · Continual analysis of the site and marketing performance to provide insight for improvements to continuously optimise and grow the business. · Measure, test, analyse and report on the website and digital marketing performance. You must possess a deep understanding to interpret and deliver the results to the Directors · Plan, execute and measure conversion tests - experience in A/B testing · Evaluate end-to-end customer experience, optimising the customer journey · Work with the planning team to maximise multichannel activity, spend and performance, and create combined marketing reports to inform Board level decision making · Build and maintain a knowledge of customer and competitor profile · Assess competitor activity and become the leading force in the industry · To motivate the team to provide unique marketing campaigns · Monitor and report on campaign spend and ROI The successful candidate must possess · Experience in a Retail, B2C or have a eCommerce trading background · SEO and SEM experience · Expertise in coordinating and planning web content, email and social campaigns · Experience in managing agencies – Web development agencies, digital advertising, SEO, development, optimisation, marketing automation or other · Extensive working knowledge of Google Analytics. · Outstanding knowledge – with an understanding of  email and web development techniques and applications · Thorough understanding of data and analysis in order to improve and optimise journeys and user experience · Outstanding technical knowledge and be able to demonstrate proven results from previous projects This is an exciting new opportunity for someone with strong commercial understanding, analytical skills and proven eCommerce ability to make a difference to our growing marketing team.
