We are delighted to be working with a well-respected charity in their recruitment for a Digital Analyst vacancy. This role is available on a permanent contract and part-time basis (4 days a week). The salary banding on offer is circa £48,000 pro-rata (depending on level of experience). This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to attend their London office 1 day a week. Within this role, you will work with developers and digital teams to improve reach, engagement, and conversion across digital channels by analysing user data. You will manage website tracking and tagging and help with implementation required for technical functionality. You will utilise digital tools to drive marketing performance and audience insights. You will provide reports on digital performance and offer guidance/expertise on compliance matters. You will be a strong communicator who has experience in digital/marketing analytics. You will have strong skills in website analysis (GA4), SEO tools, and conversion rate optimisation. You will be proficient in tracking setup (Google Tag Manager). You will have knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS. You will have experience using SQL, Google Looker/Data Studio, and excellent Microsoft Excel skills. You will have understanding of social media analytics and Google Ads. You will also have an understanding of cookies, data privacy, and digital marketing best practice. Are you experienced in software and devices? Prospectus is delighted to be working with a fantastic organisation, one of the UK's largest charitable trusts, to recruit a new Software and Devices Support Assistant. The purpose of this role will be to provide frontline support the organisation IT Help Desk, across 17 trusts, various departments, and in the UK and East Africa, comprising over 100 staff. Monitoring all incoming calls and ensuring calls are completed in a timely and satisfactory manner. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Developing and maintaining pages and processes within the intranet (SharePoint) and other ad-hoc development work including use of PowerApps, Flow and Javascript. Credit card reconciliation; monitoring all departmental credit card usage and delivering balanced reports to Finance team. Supporting & training staff in use of Microsoft Dynamics Working with external contractors on any projects with an IT component, to ensure the work is carried out according to what best fits with agreed internal best practices and ongoing maintenance by the IT team.
