Senior Sales Executive - Data & Analytics Location: London, United Kingdom (Hybrid with client travel) - 2 days per week Role Overview: Senior Sales Executive to support growth across the UK by selling data engineering, analytics, cloud data platforms, and AI-led solutions. This role is a balanced mix of new business development and account growth, ideal for a sales professional who can both hunt for opportunities and nurture existing client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Develop new business opportunities across mid-market and enterprise clients. Manage the full sales life cycle with support from pre-sales and delivery teams. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline aligned to revenue targets. Account Management & Growth: Own and grow assigned accounts through upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and long-term business. Support renewals, expansions, and ongoing client engagement. Client Engagement: Engage with senior stakeholders such as Heads of Data, Analytics Managers, and IT Directors. Understand business challenges and position data & analytics solutions accordingly. Participate in client presentations, workshops, and proposal discussions. Internal Collaboration: Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams. Coordinate with offshore and onshore teams for accurate solutioning. Maintain CRM accuracy, forecasting, and reporting. Required Skills & Experience: Essential: 5-7 years of B2B sales experience in Data, Analytics, Cloud, or Digital services. Experience selling consulting or managed services. Understanding of data engineering, analytics, and cloud data platforms (snowflake, data bricks, azure, aws - high level ) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Desirable: Exposure to UK enterprise or mid-market clients. Experience working with pre-sales and offshore delivery models. Urgent Contract Database Administrator with decommissioning Duration: 4 months initial Inside IR35 3 days onsite in Milton Keynes office Years of experience required Server Decommissioning Specialist Identify and evaluate Servers for decommissioning based on operational and business requirements. Perform comprehensive backup and migration of critical data before shutdown. Disable associated services, applications, and scheduled tasks to ensure a clean decommissioning process. Revoke user access and update security policies to maintain compliance and data integrity. Unmount storage volumes, securely wipe disks, and shut down operating systems following best practices. Ensure adherence to compliance standards and update asset management systems accordingly. Key Skills & Competencies: Database Administration: Proficient in managing databases with a focus on decommissioning-related requirements. Scripting & Automation: Skilled in Shell Scripting (Bash, Python) to automate decommissioning tasks. Storage & Data Security: Strong understanding of storage management and secure data wiping techniques. Networking & Access Control: Knowledge of network configurations, Firewall rules, and user access protocols. Backup & Recovery: Experience in data backup, recovery, and migration strategies. ITIL & Compliance: Familiarity with incident management, change control processes, and compliance documentation.

To work with engineering leads to bring documentation into line with LBG best practice Take ownership of solutions design forum - driving best practice in the design of technology changes Produce a roadmap for the existing systems architecture as we progress towards our target strategy Treasury or Finance domain architect. Identification of barriers to delivery, development of plans to mitigate delays understand the impact of alternate solutions. Explore and analyse datasets with various toola Skills Required: Preferably GCP or any other cloud certification and working experience is additional advantage Excellent documentation skills BFSI experience is must Treasury experience is additional advantage Experience in Finance Contract length: 12 months
