Required Experience & Skills Regulatory Reporting Knowledge Experience in regulatory reporting, implementation delivery, project management or consulting within financial services or RegTech (2+ years at Junior level, 4+ years at Associate, 7+ years at Senior). A solid to deep understanding of regulatory reporting frameworks and the ability to interpret supervisory guidance and assess its practical impact on reporting obligations. Familiarity with financial products and the data structures, validation logic and system workflows that underpin regulatory submissions. Proven ability to co-ordinate and influence across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and accountability across all workstreams. Ability to work constructively with Product, Engineering and SME teams to support implementation decisions and resolve delivery challenges. Desirable Experience working within SaaS implementations. Exposure to multi-jurisdiction regulatory reporting or multiple regulatory regimes. Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira or similar platforms. Exposure to pre-sales or RFP discussions. Experience contributing to solution design or architecture discussions with Product or Engineering teams. Experience shaping delivery governance standards or organisational operating models. Proficiency in a European language.
