Scrum Master Defence & Digital Engineering Programme Overview We're supporting a major Defence and Aerospace programme seeking experienced Scrum Masters to join Digital Engineering delivery teams. These roles will play a key part in supporting Agile delivery across multiple workstreams, helping teams improve delivery performance, remove impediments and establish effective ways of working within a complex engineering environment. This is an opportunity to work within a large-scale programme where collaboration, stakeholder engagement and Agile delivery discipline are critical to success. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Reviews and Retrospectives. Support teams in adopting and maintaining Agile delivery practices. Identify and remove blockers impacting delivery teams. Support Programme Increment (PI) Planning activities. Promote continuous improvement and effective team collaboration. Work closely with Product Owners, delivery teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment. Track progress, dependencies, risks and impediments across delivery activities. Coach teams on Agile principles, delivery discipline and best practice. Support collaboration across multiple teams operating within a scaled Agile environment. Experience Required Previous experience working as a Scrum Master. Experience operating within Agile delivery environments. Strong understanding of Scrum principles and Agile ways of working. Experience supporting Programme Increment (PI) Planning. Comfortable facilitating workshops, ceremonies and stakeholder discussions. Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and delivery teams. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Experience within Defence, Engineering, Manufacturing, Technology or other complex programme environments would be advantageous. Senior Business Transformation Consultant - SC cleared & Sole British National The work you deliver today will influence how one of the world's most significant defence programmes operates for years to come. Our client is supporting the Global Combat Air Programme (GCAP) and is seeking an experienced transformation consultant to help shape the future Digital Function supporting the programme through improved operating models, governance, organisational effectiveness and business change. Working within a highly secure and complex environment, you'll support Digital Leadership in improving how digital capabilities are organised, prioritised, governed and delivered across multiple value streams supporting a large-scale engineering and technology ecosystem. This is not a traditional project or programme management position. The role focuses on operating models, governance, benefits realisation, organisational effectiveness and helping a Digital Function mature in support of one of the UK's most strategically important defence initiatives. What we're looking for Experience operating within large-scale digital transformation, engineering or organisational change environments. Strong knowledge of operating model design, governance and organisational effectiveness. Experience with benefits management, benefits realisation and value tracking. Familiarity with portfolio visibility, prioritisation, executive reporting and decision support. Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and leadership teams. Experience supporting large engineering, technology, Defence or Government organisations.
