About Konsileo Konsileo is a fast-growing, technology-led commercial insurance broker based in the UK. We're building advanced tools and systems to support our nationwide network of insurance professionals and streamline the broking process. Our in-house platform is central to our strategy and continued success. The Role We are looking for a well-rounded Software Developer to join our core technology team. This is a full-stack role, with a focus on backend development in C# and SQL Server, alongside frontend development using modern JavaScript frameworks. You'll be working on a mature, custom-built broking platform, contributing to both backend services and user-facing functionality. You will be expected to contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from planning and implementation through to testing and deployment. Responsibilities Develop and maintain backend components using C# (.NET Framework / .NET Core) Write efficient, well-structured queries and stored procedures in SQL Server Implement and update frontend components using Vue.js or Angular 2+ Collaborate closely with other developers and stakeholders to define and deliver new features Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across the stack Participate in code reviews and maintain high development standards Support production systems and contribute to ongoing performance improvements Required Skills & Experience Solid experience with C# / .NET Framework or .NET Core Strong SQL skills, particularly with SQL Server Understanding of web application architecture and REST APIs Willingness and ability to work on frontend features as well as backend Familiarity with Git and version control workflows Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail Desirable Experience with Vue.js or Angular 2+ Exposure to modern CI/CD practices Familiarity with Azure or other cloud platforms What We Offer Fully remote working (UK-based) Modern development tools and practices Involvement in a product that is central to business growth Competitive salary and opportunities for development
